WHAT THIS POLICY COVERS
Izindaba Zokudla gathers two forms of information from visitors to our Community Forum:
information that we collect when you visit our website and (ii) information that we collect when you register to join our online community.
INFORMATION WE COLLECT WHEN YOU VISIT THE WEBSITE
If you visit the Community Forum to browse through the site and read forum posts, we can collect and store information relating to the pages of the Community Forum that you visit. Regarding requests for "do not track" Izindaba Zokudla does not support these requests and will continue to collect the information mentioned herein.
INFORMATION WE COLLECT WHEN YOU REGISTER
You will be asked to become a member and questions such as your full name, institutional affiliation, email address and telephone number will be asked if you wish to participate in our Community Forum. We might register your IP address.
NO INFORMATION FROM MINORS
No portion of the Izindaba Zokudla Community Forum is for minors, and Izindaba Zokudla does not knowingly collect or preserve PII from minors.
WHY WE COLLECT THIS INFORMATION
Izindaba Zokudla collects PII from you for many reasons:
to recognize you by name and institutional affiliation when posting a message to our Community Forum
to allow us to contact you if appropriate in connection with any questions or comments that you might have posted to the Community Forum
to allow community members who already have your contact details to contact you about questions or comments you might have posted
WHAT THIRD PARTIES, IF ANY, IS THE DATA
Exchanged with, unless otherwise stated herein, Izindaba Zokudla shall not send, sell or provide access to your personal information to any company, entity or organization for its use in marketing, commercial solicitation or other promotional purposes.
When you post in the Community Forum, the group will share your full name and institutional affiliation, as well as the substance of your message. Through posting to our Community Forum, you give permission for the public sharing of this knowledge on the Internet. We won't publicly share your email address or telephone number with your forum post, however community members who already have your contact information might be able to contact you privately about a specific forum post.
Forum moderators can also share your personal information with Izindaba Zokudla . Those moderators are community leaders who volunteered to oversee the Community Forum's contact operation and organization. The moderators are not Izindaba Zokudla staff, contractors or officers. A moderator could use your personal details to privately contact you about an inquiry or a comment that you may have made in the Community Forum.
We do not share the details you give us with a government department except as needed by court order or other law-abiding government warrant or otherwise needed by applicable law.
HOW DATA IS ANONYMIZED/PROTECTED

MUTUAL OBLIGATION TO PROTECT PRIVACY
The users must enter their Login credentials in order to access the Izindaba Zokudla Community Forum. Your information must not be divulged to any other group for security purposes. Users agree that exposing passwords to others may result in their rights to use the Community Forum being temporarily or permanently terminated.
If you have compromised your password and have no Login credentials , please contact the Group Forum administrator at the email address given below. Login credentials and In Common shall not be responsible for any damages incurred by unauthorized use of your password and hereby expressly deny all responsibility for any such damages.
